In 2008, over half of the pregnant women in Madrid went to maternity class and 17.400 mothers went to baby care workshops.

 

According to this article, 43.000 madrileñas visited maternity class in 2008. Given the importance of a good preparation to giving birth and the period afterwards, we hope that this number will keep on growing! And we also hope that future fathers will participate in these classes, so that they too will be well prepared for the arrival of a new family member.
